The private patio and hot tub are exclusively for guests staying at Aegean House. Guests are also welcome to relax beneath the mature magnolia tree located at the front of the property, which features swings and outdoor table for dining, coffee, or quiet conversation. The zen gardens located between the villas were intentionally designed as visual garden spaces to be enjoyed from inside the homes. The central fountain courtyard is a shared space between all four villas within Atlas Collection.
