## Summary

Located a block from the 2/3, 2 short blocks from A/C/D/B lines, 15-20 minutes to Penn Station. Our unique 2 bedroom duplex has a large terrace on the upper floor, a small balcony on the lower floor, and is steps away from all of Harlem’s top attractions, including the Apollo, Red Rooster Restaurant and the Studio Museum. 3 grocery stores, 2 drugstores and many restaurants are steps away. Quiet and comfortable space. We have a Peloton bike and outdoor grill available.

## The space

The space would work well for 1-2 adults., or a family with a small child. The master has a king bed and a full en suite bathroom and leads to the large outdoor terrace (upper floor of the duplex). The second room has a lofted twin bed that is suitable for a child or teen, or small adult.
The living room couch can sleep one child or adult. If a pack n play is needed for an infant, we can provide. 
There is a second bathroom on the lower floor with a shower. Washer/dryer in the apartment, air conditioning, cable TVs with full wireless internet and streaming services in the apartment. 
We are owners of the apartment and the first to live in this new construction unit. All needed kitchen appliances and equipment are available. The apartment is on the fourth floor of our building walk-up (no elevator).

## The neighborhood

We are steps away from all of the major Harlem attractions such as Red Rooster restaurant and the Apollo Theater. Lots of shopping and restaurant options all around.

## Getting around

Street parking available. There are several major subway lines (2/3, A/B/C/D) just a block away from the apartment, as well as two Citibike kiosks.

We will have a caretaker available to assist. We also will be fully reachable by phone and email.
