This stunning 2000 square foot apartment is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of the city. Two blocks away find world class restaurants, bars, fishmongers, butchers and Trader Joe’s. ## The space Spanning 2000 square feet, this inviting apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. We raised our family here, so you can be assured it’s a safe and lovely area. While we’ll be reserving a back room and part of the master closet, a few cupboards, the rest of the apartment is available for your use. The chefs kitchen is a dream with 18 feet of counter space, and is equipped with professional-grade tools, including a Kitchenaid stand mixer, food processor, coffee grinder, Japanese rice maker, Breville convection toaster oven and citrus juicer. We provide a Technomor mocchaster, a French press, an espresso pot and pour-over coffee options. There is even an electric tea kettle. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, and some cleaning and laundry supplies are available in the utility/laundry room. A hair dryer is provided too. We supply toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen foil, plastic wrap etc We also supply two sets of quality linens for each bed - king, queen and full. There are also sets of plush towels for each guest. Shampoo conditioner liquid body soap are all provided. We kindly ask that that our guests not flush anything but tolet paper down the toilets. We find that even "flushable wipes" get caught in the system. Please note that some kitchen cabinets will be locked with our personal items. Also there is no smoking allowed in this apartment or in the condominium complex. This includes all cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, and e-cigarettes. No open flames or candles please. We have tried to provide everything you will need to get you started for an enjoyable stay. ## Guest access Spanning 2000 square feet, this inviting apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. This is a sublet, so we’ll be reserving a back room and part of the master closet, and two of the kitchen cabinets. The rest of the apartment is fully available for your use. Location So safe and conveniently located it is no wonder everyone loves living here. You are two blocks from the G and F train and ten minutes to 2,3,4,5 trains. There is a lovely communal roof deck where you can enjoy meals and drinks -- a couple of picnic tables are provided. You will need to bring your door key to open and close the door to the roof and bring all trash with you back down to the trash area. Family and Pets We can provide a crib and a high chair but we do not have a a baby monitor. Four of the windows have safety gates but this apartment might not be suitable for small children. Service dogs are welcome, but we can’t accommodate cats due to allergies. We love pets and have a dog ourselves, but please no large, noisy, or disruptive dogs. Please clean up after your dog when walking outside. And please clean their paws when they reenter the apartment. Wipes will be provided. For the same reason, we also do not wear our shoes inside the apartment. So many studies show how dirty the city streets are. We provide two sets of house keys. We have excellent security in the building with a live in super - for emergencies only. There is a locking package room to received packages which opens with the front door key. The apartment comes equipped with both a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. Also a complete first aid kit is available. Of course we will leave a welcome folder with neighborhood information, menus etc. ## Good to know We do not allow events to be hosted in this space or the use of commercial filming or photography. This is a smokefree apartment and a smokefree building. No candles or open flames are permitted. We kindly request you leave the space as you found it, broom clean. If it is considerably dirtier we will have to add an additional cleaning charge.. If you break anything kindly inform us and we will add the cost to your final payment. This is our home and we have many nice things so please take care as you would your own home.
