A stunning, spacious Hamptons home featuring a heated swimming pool, home gym with a Peloton bike, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The property is fully fenced, with an additional pool fence for added safety. Recently renovated, it boasts a high-quality kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a charming ensuite master bedroom, along with three large additional bedrooms in the main house. For extra guests, a separate guest house is available (please book for more than eight guests if needed).

The main living room is bright and inviting, complete with a fireplace and multiple areas for reading, movie-watching, and relaxing in the library. The home includes three televisions for entertainment. There are 4.5 fully updated bathrooms and several desks throughout the house, ideal for remote work. Wide plank floors, central air conditioning, and a detached garage add to the home’s comfort and functionality.

The location is exceptional—just one mile to the bay beach, three blocks from the Pollock-Krasner House, and close to Gerard Drive in the vibrant Springs neighborhood of East Hampton.
