Cancellation Policy

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

  • All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours.
  • Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date.
  • Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
  • Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

Our stay at Nick's home in Wainscott was perfect in every way. From communication at the onset and throughout our stay to the home itself which is absolutely stunning - designed impeccably, incredibly comfortable and well laid out. Our group of 6 was beyond comfortable and all felt like we had our own space while very much enjoying the shared spaces. The home is also centrally located to all of Wainscott's most appealing attractions - Wolfer Wine Stand, Breadzilla (shall it ever reopen), our favorite wine and seafood shops and Goldbergs for a fantastic sandwich. I can't recommend a tranquil stay at Nick's enough. It was idyllic in every way.
