- This property only allows a 12-month term minimum. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.

- Please note that there is an active construction project on a neighboring building that is expected to start in the fall of 2026 through most of 2027. While we cannot predict the construction schedule, guests may occasionally experience noise or other disruptions during weekday working hours.
