Guests will have full access to the entire home. The garage is not available. Please park in driveway. The property has a 3 car maximum and cars cannot park in the street.

House & Pool Guidelines

• Quiet Hours: Outdoor quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No unapproved guests all guests coming to the home must be listed on the reservation.
• Pool Use: Swim at your own risk. Please note there is no pool gate, so supervision is required at all times.
• Pool Heating: Pool heat is available for an additional $100 per day. Please notify us in advance if you would like the pool heated so we can have it ready for your stay.
• Pool Maintenance: Our pool cleaner services the pool on Thursday. Pool cleaning robots may run during your stay—this is normal and helps keep the pool clean.
• Gardener: Our gardener services the yard on Fridays and may access the outdoor areas during your stay.
• Pool Equipment: Please do not remove or handle pool equipment without contacting the host first.
• Pets are welcome for an additional $100 fee per pet. Maximum of 2 pets.  Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Pets may not be left unattended in the home at any time. A fee of $150 per day, per unattended pet, will be charged if this policy is violated.

Noise Policy Disclaimer

- To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, we have a noise monitoring system in place. If excessive noise levels are detected and the noise monitor is triggered three (3) times, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

- Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
