3. Primary guests must be 25+ to book.

4. Please treat our home as you would your own. Please follow all the house rules. We love hosting and want to make sure we can provide a consistent and exceptional experience for all current and future guests.

5. Please do not use towels to wipe off your make-up. WIPES ARE PROVIDED.

6. This NYC multi-cultural neighborhood is a safe area with people from many walks of life, nationalities, creeds, and colors.

7. The Nearest Subway station is the G line at Bedford Nostrand. If you don't like to walk (11 -14 mins) - this listing is not right for you!
