Situated on the third floor and facing the front of the building, this inviting studio features a full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a practical kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay, while the efficient layout provides everything needed for short- or extended-term visits.

- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
