Two level penthouse loft nestled in Vinegar Hill, one subway stop from Manhattan and a gateway to Brooklyn Bridge Park and the foreshore. Light and bright open plan kitchen, living and dining. Two bathrooms, one with amazing soaking tub. Modern appliances with fully immersive cinema and sound system. Balcony on one floor, large terrace on the other with gorgeous views of Manhattan. Great restaurants and gym nearby, perfect location for exploring the city! ## The space Industrial, open, calm and cozy at the same time. The floor to ceiling windows allow for a lot of light and great views all year round. The living/ dining area has sliding doors so the space can be separated to create an additional private space. A few minutes walk from the F train, the waterfront and Dumbo centre which means it is quiet but close to all the action. No trains on the bridges rattling the building! Every inch of NY space has been optimized. There is a washer and dryer in a hidden European laundry under the stairs in the main bathroom. Remote controlled zebra blinds in the downstairs living area and blackout blinds in the loft ensure privacy and a great nights sleep. The kitchen is fully functional with industrial Kitchenaid appliances and a hidden dishwasher.
