## Summary

## The space

Situated on the top floor of a four-story walk-up, this is unlike any home available on the Williamsburg waterfront.  Designed by award winning architecture studio StudioC, the loft is unique in both its immense size and ideal layout.  The apartment occupies the entire Southeast corner of the building and measures in at over 2,300/sf.
