## The space

Recently featured in Architectural Digest, the house sits on a 1.5 acre property which includes 46 olive trees and is surrounded on three sides by federally protected land.  There are two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom consists of a bunk room with 4 twin xl beds suitable for both adults and children.  Additionally, the conversation pit can sleep 2 people comfortably.  There are also two cot mattresses that can be laid onto the floor either on the roof deck or another room which are quite comfortable should you need more sleeping accommodations.

In the fall and winter months the pool can be heated up to 90-92 degrees for an extra fee ($150 per day).

Property has multiple fire pits and an outdoor dining area which can be used when it is not too windy.

The house is completely off grid at the moment.  When the sun goes down the house is pulling energy from the batteries if the batteries drop below 10% a generator will kick on and charge them up to 30% (usually takes about 20 minutes).
