*Effective November 5, 2026 for new users and December 5, 2026 for existing users.*

#### 1. About this policy

This policy applies to everything guests and hosts post or send on Rove Travel, such as reviews, ratings, photos, listing content and messages. It’s part of the Rove Travel Terms of Service for guests and the Rove Travel Host Terms for hosts. You’re responsible for what you post or send.

#### 2. Content that isn’t allowed

Don’t post or send content that:

- is clearly false or misleading, or impersonates anyone, including our staff;
- discriminates against anyone because of a characteristic protected by law, or is hate speech;
- is illegal or promotes illegal activity, or is sexually explicit, violent, threatening, harassing or abusive;
- is spam, is irrelevant, or advertises something unrelated to the stay;
- shares someone else’s private information, such as a phone number, email address or financial details, or a home’s exact location beyond what Rove Travel shows, other than contact details a host gives a guest for the stay through Andora messaging; or
- infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

#### 3. Reviews

**Who and when.** After a completed stay, the guest can review the home and, for a Rove Travel booking, the host can review the guest, within 14 days after check-out. Hosts may respond publicly to reviews of their home.

**Honest reviews.** A review must describe your own experience of the stay. Don’t offer, ask for or accept anything of value in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing one. Don’t use a review, or the threat of one, as leverage, such as to get a refund or a discount.

**Verified stays.** Verified stay means a review from a guest whose stay was confirmed by the platform where they booked: Rove Travel, Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. We show reviews from another platform only where that platform confirms stays. You can ask support@rovetravel.com for the source of any review.

#### 4. When we remove content

We may remove, edit out, limit or decline to show content that breaks this policy, the Terms of Service, the Rove Travel Host Terms or the law. For a review, we do so only if it:

- (a) contains content that section 2 doesn’t allow;
- (b) isn’t based on a genuine stay at the home;
- © was given or changed in exchange for something of value, or used as leverage, as section 3 describes;
- (d) is unrelated to the stay, the home, the host, the guest or our service; or
- (e) must be removed under the law or a court order.

We apply these grounds the same way to positive and negative reviews, and to reviews from other platforms, and we never remove a review, or choose which reviews from other platforms to show, because of its rating. We don’t verify what reviews say, and showing one doesn’t mean we agree with it. Repeated or serious violations may lead us to suspend or close an account or remove a listing.

#### 5. Reporting content

If you think content on Rove Travel breaks this policy, tell us: guests at support@rovetravel.com, hosts at support@andora.ai. We may review it and act under section 4, but we don’t have to. To report copyright infringement, follow section 9.3 of the Terms of Service.

## Change history
- **November 5, 2026** (material change): The Review Policy and the Content Policy merged into one; one list of prohibited content for everything on Rove Travel.
