Terrific cottage perfectly located on the outside of East Hampton. Private and secluded but walking distance to the beach, downtown and other great restaurants.

Overall this home is a great value. Everything was turn key and clean, and it is really well located just between East Hampton and Amagansett. You can walk next door to Carissa's which has killer breakfast pastries and daytime casual food - and to Bostwick's, an institution for fish tacos and lobster rolls. The home feels quite private, even if you can hear some road noise from the backyard - which is very large for a home at this price point. A small "con" was the lackluster outdoor furniture (no pillows or pads were put on prior to arrival, they had to be brought in from a local property manager when I asked where to find them on site; no umbrella for the old metal dining table and chairs). Overall, recommend this home. Thanks for letting me stay!
