Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $2,500 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

- This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.
- If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50/night fee.
- Kindly take note that the maximum temperature achievable through the pool heating is 80 degrees.
- This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. There is a strict zero tolerance excessive noise policy at this home that if violated, will result in immediate removal from the home.
- Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.
- Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
- Note that the wine fridge in the photos does not work and is inoperable.
