Arbor Loft | West Village | Loft w/ Shared Roof

Apartment was fine. Price was super high. We took it sight unscene. Was clean. Toliet was old and flush didn’t work at times and there was no one to help or call. And we are being blamed for stains and a managed microwave which we never used - not once - and we can’t get our 2500 security deposit back after 30k for two months. Very very disappointing.

This was the perfect place for myself and partner to work remotely for a month. Great neighborhood and would highly recommend!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Great interior with stunning river views in the shared roof, while being in the heart of the city made my stay a delight.

Great home to stay! Our stay was very relaxing. Definitely needed it for a reset! Can't wait to go back next month!

Best time EVER! The photos didn't give justice to this place! It is better in person, I swear! I high recommend this home and the host. Very professional and responsive. Didn't regret choosing this home!

This space is not as marketed. 1- the building is under construction. For a space marketed as a wfh option, loud construction is an issue (they were often using power tools to repair my windows from the outside). In addition, there are large windows with sheer shades and the apt did not have any privacy. When men are working directly outside your window while you are showering/changing/working, it is a big issue to not have the option for privacy. I immediately reached out to Rove and did not get a solution for my privacy during my month stay - insane. Also no discount on the stay. 2- I selected this bc of the work station; but what was not disclosed is the ceiling in that area is MAX 5 ft fall. I could not work there due to the tightness of the space. 3- The furniture is old/dirty (the rug needs to be replaced in the living room), the bathroom ceiling is peeling, the doors to the closet don't work - this was not a well maintained space. Multiple issues had to be fixed when I arrived
