Ashford Place | Cobble Hill | Luxe Condo w/ Private Garden

Cobble Hill sits at the crossroads of classic Brooklyn charm and contemporary living. Tree‑lined brownstone streets and elegant masonry convey a sense of history, while independent cafés, artisanal bakeries, and boutique shops line Court and Smith Streets. Weekends come alive with farmers’ markets, specialty grocers like Trader Joe’s and Union Market, and bookshops and galleries that reward slow exploration.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Welcome to Ashford Place, set on one of Cobble Hill’s most coveted, tree-lined blocks. This meticulously crafted condominium residence offers two generous bedrooms, two spa-caliber baths, a private rear garden, and an expansive approximately 30-foot great room anchored by a chef-caliber kitchen with Bertazzoni stainless appliances and honed waterfall counters.

The oversized primary suite is bathed in sun and opens directly to the garden, while the second bedroom serves elegantly as guest quarters or a refined office. Appointments include wide plank white oak floors, bespoke millwork, shaker doors, central climate control, and oversized triple hung Pella windows that flood the home with northern and southern light. Perfectly situated between Court and Smith Streets, the residence is moments from Carroll Park, Union Market, Trader Joe’s, Books Are Magic, Clover Club, Bar Bete, and the promenades of Brooklyn Bridge Park.

To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
