What to expect
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- Pool heating is not available at the moment. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- For security and privacy reasons, guest use of the mailbox is not permitted.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Main guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

August 2026The property itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential! I want to start by saying that the host and Rove Travel team were very nice, responsive, and truly tried to help us throughout our stay. We appreciated their communication and efforts to make things better.
Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by some serious maintenance issues. The AC was not working for our entire stay, which was especially difficult because it was an extremely hot weekend in Miami. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, it was not fixed during our visit, and the heat made staying at the property very uncomfortable.
We also experienced sewer backups during our stay. Losing access to a bathroom for part of our stay was very inconvenient and affected our overall experience.
We truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the host and Rove Travel, but these unresolved issues had a major impact on our stay. We hope these problems are fixed for future guests - the property is truly beautiful!!
