Aurelia Palms | Hollywood Hills | Luxe Home with Private Pool Oasis

The property itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential! I want to start by saying that the host and Rove Travel team were very nice, responsive, and truly tried to help us throughout our stay. We appreciated their communication and efforts to make things better. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by some serious maintenance issues. The AC was not working for our entire stay, which was especially difficult because it was an extremely hot weekend in Miami. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, it was not fixed during our visit, and the heat made staying at the property very uncomfortable. We also experienced sewer backups during our stay. Losing access to a bathroom for part of our stay was very inconvenient and affected our overall experience. We truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the host and Rove Travel, but these unresolved issues had a major impact on our stay. We hope these problems are fixed for future guests - the property is truly beautiful!!

Our stay was unpleasant. The house itself isn’t filthy but there were issues after issue and I am not one to complain. There were very bad plumbing problems, the water had a rotten egg smell and it filled the entire east wing. We could not use it at all. There was a slight tick problem in the back yard & a few inside the home. The burglar alarm went off everytime we exited the back door. The east wing all the drains were clogged . Even tho we poured full bottles of draino inside. We couldn’t shower because it was that bad. Also we came home one day to the garage door open . Thankfully none of our things were missing but none of us used the garage at any point. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. The home isn’t cared for and is losing its potential.
