I’ve spent 25 years renovating the home, adding thoughtful, high-end amenities—including a chef’s kitchen, cedar hot tub, steam sauna, full gym (Rogue rack, bench, mats, kettlebells), and an outdoor kitchen and grill.
Located on a quiet, tree-lined block in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant, the home is within walking distance to some of Brooklyn’s newest restaurants and drinking establishments. Local and express trains are just a few blocks away, offering easy access to the rest of the city.
Inside, you’ll find two distinct living areas, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a live-edge bar, two queen-sized beds, and two full bathrooms (one with a steam room). The primary bedroom overlooks the backyard garden, creating a tranquil environment filled with birdsong and sunlight.
