Bedford Place | Williamsburg | Condo with Private Backyard

We spent a wonderful 6 weeks at Daniels place in Williamsburg. The apartment is much larger than you would expect for new York, big spacious lounge, nice sized rooms, and an amazing outside area! The furniture is high quality, and it feels lived in, in a good way. There is cool art on the walls, lots of small touches. It is on one of the busiest streets in Williamsburg, and is on ground floor, but despite that we did not find the noise disturbing often at all. It is kind of to be expected in this part of the world, and the benefit of being close to so many cool interesting Brooklyn bars and shops and restaurants more than makes up for it. The only reason this isn't a completely 100% 5 star review is because the landlord was renovating the upstairs apartment the entire duration of our stay. We had a few NYC officials asking us about it a few times, and there were days when the noise was really frustrating when I tried to work from home. But small criticism on a wonderful place.

Our visit to New York was made SO special this year because of Daniel's incredible home. First of all, once you enter the home, it is like you are in another world completely - the lush, private garden is the ultimately New York retreat. It's also extremely quite and serene - which is saying a lot for its location right on Bedford. What also made Daniel's really great for us was its incredible proximity to Manhattan. 2 minutes to the subway and 7 minutes to Union square. The L line provided incredible access to all of Manhattan -seeing shows on the west side and taking in Museums on the East - either way, we had incredible access to our home base back in Williamsburg. We can't wait to visit again!

Incredible time at Dan's lovely condo in the heart of Williamsburg. The apartment is not only so beautiful in itself but it is also very centrally located and a lovely home oasis. Dan is also very helpful with any needs during your stay. Highly recommend.

Dan is not only the best host, but his place is incredible. My wife and I and our one year-old son felt right at home. His place is fully updated and comfortable. It’s also in one of the best locations in Brooklyn. So walkable to so many amazing restaurants, and near a Whole Foods for last-minute groceries. I couldn’t recommend his place more. If I could give it six stars, I would.
