- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night fee. The pool is open seasonally. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights.
- Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- The property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Guests will be informed of 1–2 specific days and time blocks per week when tours may take place. We will schedule tours with at least 24 hours notice.
- Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be asked to vacate the property. Please consider this before booking this specific property.

June 2026Brutal stay, stay away. The hosts notified us several weeks before our stay that they would be showing the house and they would need to tour people through it with 2 hrs notice during our stay. We refused and said if they couldn’t honor the reservation to cancel and we would find another house. Airbnb got involved and committed in writing that no one would disturb our stay. On the day of arrival we showed up at 4 for check in, no key was onsite and the previous guests had mistakenly taken it with them, no big deal accidents happen and the cleaners were still there so we were able to get in. The 2nd or 3rd days family showed up and started walking through the property because their real estate agent had told them they could. The entire house is glass so someone circling the property is a massive invasion of privacy. This happened 2 more times throughout the week despite multiple calls to management. The pots and pans don’t work with their induction stove, and the pool heater stopped wor

June 2026We had a perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was excellent—from the accommodation itself to the overall comfort and convenience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. A special thank you to the Rode team, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They responded to all of my inquiries very quickly and were always professional and accommodating. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

May 2026Spent a magical weekend with my friends at the house. It's especially great for hosting large parties and has ample space for people to hang out together, but also tuck away into their own corners when preferred.
The Rove team was extremely communicative & helpful during our stay.
10/10 recommend.

May 2026The house is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean , exactly like the pictures. The house itself is huge, the beds are great, and overall we had a very nice stay.
That said, there were a few disappointing issues. The pool was neither clean nor heated, even though we had specifically requested and paid for the pool heating service. Unfortunately, they were never able to get it heated during our stay, which was a major disappointment for us.
We also did not have hot water for one night, although they did try to resolve the issue the following morning.
The fire pit was also unavailable for use.
One small detail: the closets are not designed properly for hanging clothes, so that was a bit inconvenient.
Other than those issues, everything else was really nice, and they did provide a refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
