Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval.

Home Truths:

• Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night fee. The pool is open seasonally. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights.
• Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
• The property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Guests will be informed of 1–2 specific days and time blocks per week when tours may take place. We will schedule tours with at least 24 hours notice.
• Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be asked to vacate the property. Please consider this before booking this specific property.

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
