OPTION 1. Daily meal plan can be purchased for $85. A day, per person, ½ price for children 5-12, children under 5 eat free. Included in daily meal plan is 3 Chef prepared meals, full buffet breakfast, light lunch,(or packed to go if you are on excursions), dinner service is plated or buffet.
Option 2. If you prefer to purchase your own food, the daily rate for chef service is $350.00 per day (groceries additional) Chef and assistant will shop for you, from our trusted local markets, and fresh produce. Buy fresh seafood, prepare and serve as you like, prepare and serving 3 meals a day.

Villa Services, Groceries & Incidentals

This is a fully staffed villa experience.

The nightly rate does not include groceries, alcoholic beverages, specialty items, staff gratuities, or incidentals arranged at the guest’s request through the villa manager.

Nightly Staff Gratuity: 10% of rental rate (required)

Guests are financially responsible for the cost of all groceries, beverages, approved incidentals, staff gratuities, and damages.

VERY IMPORTANT

Security Authorization For Airbnb reservations, guests will be asked to provide a credit card prior to arrival for a $1,000 refundable authorization hold for incidentals. This authorization is separate from Airbnb’s payment system and is used only for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or unpaid services during the stay, groceries purchased on your behalf. The hold is released after checkout once the property has been inspected.

Nightly Staff Gratuity: 10% of daily rental (required)

Event Security Deposit: $3,000 refundable or $100 insurance policy (covering accidental damages up to $5,000)
3% Credit Card Processing Fee: Guests are responsible for 3% fees on any cancellation.

🎉 Event & Wedding Policies

Villa Blue Orchid is pleased to host weddings and private events with prior approval. Please review our guidelines:

Event- is any time guests who are not staying on site (max 21) come on to the property. Not inclusive to just weddings.

MOST Events Require a 3 day min stay Event fees based on number of guests. PLEASE reach out for accurate price information.

Parking: Limited to 10 vehicles on-site. Additional parking inside the community can be arranged; shuttle service is recommended.
Restroom Facilities: One non-bedroom bathroom available. For events exceeding 100 guests, portable restrooms must be rented (1 additional unit per 100 guests).
Catering: The villa staff may not be used for event catering. All food and beverage services must be handled by licensed external caterers. Renter is responsible for any lost or damaged kitchenware or appliances.
Additional security services, if required, are at the renter’s expense.
Power Supply: The villa operates on electricity, as well as back up generator (diesel)
Furniture & Cleaning: Renter must return all furniture to original placement post-event. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged for deep cleaning after events.
Day Guests and Vendors: All non-overnight guests (including vendors) must be pre-approved. Unauthorized guests or events may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the security deposit.

A Perfect Stay in New York We stayed in this apartment for five weeks, and it was an incredible experience. The space was cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better. The kitchen was well-equipped, making us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights was the spectacular view of the High Line, which we enjoyed every day. Additionally, whenever we had a minor issue, the Rove team responded immediately, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and definitely hope to repeat this experience. Highly recommended!

I had an awesome stay with Rove in Gramercy Park! The living room was very comfy and perfect for relaxing at home. We had a fantastic experience with Rove while staying at one of their managed properties in Brooklyn. Our stay began on a lovely note, welcomed by a delicious bottle of wine and a thoughtful handwritten message. The triplex was beautiful, and during our 5-week stay, the Rove team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing our needs through their virtual concierge service. The neighborhood itself is vibrant, offering an amazing selection of bars and restaurants, and you might even spot a celebrity or two while strolling around. Highly recommend!hey also had a great work from home set up with a standing desk, office chair, monitor and keyboard. The concierge team was very helpful when needed. I would definitely stay with Rove again.
