Boerum Place | Cobble Hill | Designer Apartment

From the moment we booked until checkout, Miranda and Matthew were exceptional hosts. Their communication was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring, making our cross-country move feel so much less stressful. Before we arrived, they asked about our preferences and stocked the home with organic breakfast foods from the Park Slope Food Coop. After our delayed flight, we were welcomed with a homemade peach spice cake and a stuffed animal for our two-year-old son—thoughtful touches that meant so much. The home is even more beautiful than the photos. The chef’s kitchen, curated artwork, incredible library, and perfect location made it feel like a true home. We stayed for a month while relocating and couldn’t have imagined a better place for such an important chapter of our lives. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was one of our very best experiences. Miranda and Matthew set the gold standard for hospitality, and we’ll enthusiastically recommend them to family and friends.

We had a wonderful 6 week stay at Boerum Place! Miranda and Matthew are attentive hosts who wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their home was spotless (and I'm super particular) and upon check-in they had food/drinks for us despite telling them we didn't need anything (especially given our dietary preferences which Miranda went above and beyond). Their kitchen is fully equipped for any level chef plus tons of space for a NYC apartment. So many great restaurants and food markets that we didn't cook that often but it was really nice to have the space. They have thought of everything to make sure their guests feel at home- which we did! We hated to leave. Not only is the apartment fabulous but the area was great- so convenient with multiple subway stations to get anywhere one wants to visit. Plus, great shops and restaurants right outside the building and miles of walking esp to the Brooklyn Promenade and Piers each day. I hope we are lucky enough to come back in the future! Miranda and Matthew were truly the best hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome with delicious breakfast foods and snacks waiting for us. The apartment was incredibly comfortable — the beds were especially so comfy, and the space was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was amazing and such a pleasure to cook in, and we even got to use their pizza oven which was such a fun bonus. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Miranda's place in Cobble Hill was a dream! We loved staying there this fall. We were 3 adults and a baby and they provided a crib and a changing pad and a high chair, which was so helpful! The unit was clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen and very clean bathrooms. The main room/office space was a total winner, we felt so lucky to stay there! We hope to go back soon!

My family and I had a really wonderful stay at Miranda's Brooklyn apartment. From the time we booked, Miranda communicated professionally and promptly about our stay. She went out of her way to make sure that my young children had everything they needed for our stay, and was even kind enough to leave coloring books and games for their use. The apartment is extremely well appointed (especially for those who enjoy cooking) and the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed walking to the endless restaurants and shops, local parks, and especially appreciated the quick walk to the subway, which allows direct access to many key locations in Manhattan. We took many of the restaurant and site-seeing recommendations in Miranda's house manual and were never disappointed. Miranda is an excellent host and we would absolutely recommend a stay in her spacious and charming apartment.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this 3-bedroom Cobble Hill apartment. Miranda, was exceptional — kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She not only communicated promptly and helpfully throughout our stay, but even asked what we liked for breakfast and stocked the fridge with milk, fresh fruit, eggs, and more. Such a generous and welcoming touch. The apartment itself was fantastic: spacious, filled with natural light, impeccably maintained, and recently painted. The kitchen was well-equipped, with great appliances and a wide array of utensils, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The master bedroom was large, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The location could not have been better, on a quiet street just two blocks from the subway, one block from a vibrant commercial street with nice local restaurants and shops and one block to a gym. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and loved the local charm. Truly a five-star stay in every way. Highly recommended!
