Brando House | West Village | Cozy Apartment

WONDERFUL stay! You cannot get a better neighborhood - it truly feels like a small town in the middle of Manhattan and the apartment is extremely quiet. The team was extremely responsive throughout my stay. We will absolutely be back!!

This was a great two month stay! It felt safe, clean, very comfortable, quiet, and great location! Exactly as pictured and was all I needed.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful home on Patchin Place. The house was stunningly decorated and full of charm, making it feel both cozy and special. The location couldn't be any better - it's in a peaceful, gated street but just steps away from some of the best neighborhoods and landmarks in the city, including Chelsea, SoHo, Washington Square Park, and the Hudson Piers (just to name a few). It was so easy to walk everywhere and there were multiple subway stations nearby, which made getting around a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and will 100% try to stay here again in the future!

An absolutely perfect stay in the West Village! The apartment is beautifully decorated, with thoughtfully selected furniture pieces and warm, luminous colors. Everything you might need for a longer stay is there and carefully chosen to make you feel right at home. When you step outside, you are surrounded by lovely cafés and restaurants (including some of the best croissants at L'Appartement 4F next door). Located in the heart of the West Village, the apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city—the High Line, Hudson River Park, Soho, and Nolita are only a short walk away. The apartment is especially perfect for writers, with a beautiful writing desk next to the window and Jefferson Market Library right across the street, including a beautiful garden with benches for reading. What made our stay especially perfect was the amazing Fenix Living team—Alexis, Emily & Jay—who were incredibly kind and responsive and went above and beyond to make this such a memorable stay.

We stayed here for over a month and loved every moment. The space is cosy as the name suggests, but despite its size it’s incredibly functional. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with plenty of storage space to unpack your things. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was equipped with enough essentials for regular cooking. The floors are a bit uneven (as mentioned in other reviews) but that only adds to the character and charm of this beautiful old building. The location is amazing - just steps from everything in the West Village and Greenwich Village but tucked away in a semi-private mews. The hosts were fantastic - responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a very good Location, We had an issue with the heating the first day we arrived and the host fixed it immediately when contacted. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need during the stay, also it had good appliances.
