All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

We truly felt we're staying at a luxury hotel, if not even better! The home was absolutely breathtaking and located in a picturesque location. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

The “24/7 concierge” was helpful but slow to respond. Many of the fixtures were either half done or missing entirely. Members of my group got locked in the garage a few times due to the doorknobs not working. There was no cell service in most of the home. Phone calls had to be made using an app, we weren’t aware of this until we reached the property. However, my family was able to make the most of the property and have a great time.

This was our third year with growing group, and this house exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of communal spaces for everyone to hang out, and the house is large enough to find privacy or quiet if you want it. If you feel like a sauna, you got it. If you want to walk on the treadmill or push some weights around, good for you! Hide and seek, no better place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if still available, we'll be back! Thank you!

This home was absolutely perfect! So spacious, spotless, comfortable and well furnished and equipped. The surroundings were peaceful and the outdoor spaces were very private and an absolute dream. It was only a short 8-10 minute drive to all the best shops and restaurants in town. Rove team was so friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return in this gem in the Hamptons!!
