• This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.
• This property is currently on the market for sale, and in-person tours may take place during your stay. We’ll provide at least 24 hours’ notice before any showings and kindly ask that you allow access for these scheduled visits. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule and minimize any inconvenience. Please consider this before booking this property.
• If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
• Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
• Recent additions to the outdoor area include pool loungers, a cushioned seating area, and a dining table for guests to enjoy.
• Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $200 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee equivalent to a 1-night worth of reservation as well as possible removal from the property.
