Hi Nico and Marissa, Nico and Marissa’s property was fabulous and beautifully stocked with quality linens and amenities. The bathrooms are luxurious and beautiful. Being in a relatively remote place, it was lovely to have modern amenities. It’s obvious much thought has been put into every detail. It’s quiet and very private but just a short drive to town. Instructions and communication were excellent. I highly recommend this property.

The Valle house is absolutely stunning. My family and I had a great stay. Marissa and Nico thoughtfully and beautifully designed this house, which provided everything we needed for a warm, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Callicoon. It was one of the nicest houses we've stayed in Upstate. Marissa and Nico were also very responsive to any questions we had and easy to communicate with. This house jumpstarted our conversation about building our own :) We loved it and are grateful to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Valle for my dad’s 60th birthday celebration. What a beautifully curated home with everything you could possibly need! The steam shower was incredible as was the extremely comfortable couch. We will definitely be coming back!

WOW! Just AMAZING! Nico and Marissa's place was simply AWESOME!! It was so well put together, decorated and appointed. It lacked for nothing and was beautifully decorated, all in a beautiful, peaceful location. We had our two (2) dogs with us (thank you both for accommodating us letting our fur friends stay with us) and I think they enjoyed it as much as we did. There were deer families visiting nearly every day (that our dogs were very interested in); great walks down Peters Rd. to visit cows on a nearby farm, the most amazing starry nights, great restaurants near and far (so worth the drives), the best weekend farmers markets, lots of hiking/canoeing/fishing nearby, and so much more. Nearly everything in the Catskills is a 15 to 20 minute drive, but other things to do/towns and restaurants to visit a little further out are worth it as well. Again, a HUGE THANK YOU to Nico and Marissa for this great place and being the BEST hosts. We hope to be back again next summer.

The home had everything we needed and more, but the highlight was definitely our cozy afternoons and evenings by the fire, enjoying the serene & snowy views from the windows. It’s obvious a great deal of care went into making this home—from the artwork & decor to the layout & amenities. It was the perfect place for our quiet New Years trip, and we’d love to return to enjoy more of the outdoor space & surrounding nature in the summer months. We absolutely recommend!

My wife and I wanted to escape the city to someplace private and peaceful for the holidays, and we got our wish come true when we found the Valle. Not only is this place well stocked with so many amenities, but also very spacious and cozy at the same time! Nico and Marissa were incredibly friendly hosts and communicates clearly. We had an amazing stay.
