To help preserve the home's beautiful hardwood floors, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes while indoors. The natural limestone terraces stay cool underfoot—feel free to use flip flops if you wish outside.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the main house, private heated saltwater pool and spa, pool cabana, outdoor kitchen, fitness area, and all outdoor living spaces.

Detached Garage Apartment

The property has a private apartment above the detached garage with its own completely separate entrance. The tenant can vacate during stays if you wish. While the apartment is located on the property, we are committed to providing guests with a private and relaxing experience. You may occasionally see the occupant arriving or leaving through the separate side entrance, but guest areas are exclusively for your use, and your privacy is always respected.

Pets

Approved dogs are welcome but must remain on the first floor to help protect the hardwood flooring. A dog gate is provided, and guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not access the second floor.
