A stunning, spacious Hamptons home featuring a heated swimming pool, home gym with a Peloton bike, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The property is fully fenced, with an additional pool fence for added safety. Recently renovated, it boasts a high-quality kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a charming ensuite master bedroom, along with three large additional bedrooms in the main house. For extra guests, a separate guest house is available (please book for more than eight guests if needed).

The main living room is bright and inviting, complete with a fireplace and multiple areas for reading, movie-watching, and relaxing in the library. The home includes three televisions for entertainment. There are 4.5 fully updated bathrooms and several desks throughout the house, ideal for remote work. Wide plank floors, central air conditioning, and a detached garage add to the home’s comfort and functionality.

The location is exceptional—just one mile to the bay beach, three blocks from the Pollock-Krasner House, and close to Gerard Drive in the vibrant Springs neighborhood of East Hampton. It’s also only a few miles from East Hampton and Amagansett, with Montauk and Sag Harbor just a 15-minute drive away.

Outdoors, enjoy the heated pool (maintained at 83 degrees in season, free of charge), along with ample lounge chairs, outdoor seating, and dining areas. Renovated rooftop decks around the house provide additional spaces for relaxation, all furnished with new outdoor furniture.

For security, the property is equipped with outdoor cameras monitoring the main entrance and pool/deck area.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, the city center, and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
