- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

August 2026The apartment worked well for us. The location is amazing, great to walk to Hudson Yards, Chelsea Piers, West side highway and close to ACE subway.
The apartment building is not the cleanest, but the apartment was clean. The elevator stopped working a few times during our stay, including the day of our checkout.
For any issues that Rove could control they were very responsive when I contacted them.
I will use Rove in the future.

May 2025The flat was as described and spacious (by NYC standards), with lots of natural light and all over well kept and the outside space (a terrace and a balcony) was incredible.
We had a small issue during our stay and Rover did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible and always in a very professional manner. They are extremely responsive and we felt well looked after during the entire stay.
The only thing that was a bit difficult in April was that the heating is central and could not be switched off. I guess better than being cold!
We would not hesitate to stay again!
