October 2025Five stars. LOVED this apartment, particularly the bedroom and view into the trees and courtyard and new bathroom. After a very dissappointing experience with an airbnb in NYC, I am beyond grateful that I found this place and this company. The super for the building and the Rove support staff were all excellent and easy to reach.
It is a 3rd floor walkup so you get your exercise, but its worth it for the quiet. Also catch a city bus right at the corner or walk a few blocks to the subway. Great market a block away and several good restaurants.

Harlem is highly underrated if you’re looking for a real NY cultural experience
If you’re a tourist it’s quite far from a lot of things in lower Manhattan but the subway will get you to Times Square within 20 minutes
Kady offered clear instructions and was always available to answer any questions I had
There’s no lift in the apartment so it’s not accessible but once you get in there it’s truly beautiful and worth it! Its very well decorated and curated.
As someone who employs a cleaner back home the mid stay cleaning was also very handy with fresh linen and restocked towels. Don’t be like me and forget to tip the cleaning person with some cash (but I tipped at the end of my stay).
Only recommendation from me is that Kadys assistant get web messaging as it was difficult to text her on a foreign number but Kady was so responsive just hope I wasn’t too bothersome!
