The terrace was really nice - had breakfast there almost all days staying with Joanna.

November 2025We had a large group and it was such the perfect home for the long weekend. The home is beautiful and so spacious for everyone. Bathrooms and showers were no issue at all when it came to sharing. The kitchen is beautiful and the back porch was great to watch the rainfall. The neighborhood is wonderful, safe and has so much community. So worth the price and the home made our group trip very memorable. We were also able to leave our luggage until 2pm and grab brunch nearby after checking out. Thank you Joanna for everything!

December 2025This place is great, given how hard it is to find a place to stay in NYC. It is spacious and got the job done. There were a few disappointments (trash in the trashcan when we checked in, dirty dishes, stains on the bedding, mildew smell in the towels) and unfortunately our young children created too much noise for the host which added stress to our time there. Despite these elements, it was a positive stay overall.

The space was clean stylish and exactly as described in the listing the host was incredibly responsive and made a chicken breeze, especially love the cozy living area and while equipped Cristian perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
