- This property requires a condo board application and approval for all reservations. Additionally, the property requires owner approval, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.
- Please note that a mandatory bi-weekly cleaning is required for this property, with a fee of $360 per cleaning charged to guests.
