Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

We just finished our stay and truly enjoyed the overall vibe of the home. It’s a charming and peaceful space in a great location—close to local farms, shops, and everything we love about the Hamptons. The layout was comfortable, and the natural light throughout the house made it feel bright and inviting. That said, there were a few drawbacks. While the pool was technically heated, it never reached a temperature that was comfortable enough to swim in, which was disappointing—especially since we paid extra for that feature. We also encountered some cleanliness issues in the kitchen that needed to be addressed upon arrival. The host was generally responsive and tried to help where they could, but a bit more attention to detail and preparation ahead of guest stays would go a long way. With a few improvements, this property could be a truly top-tier rental
