- The pool is open seasonally and will close on October 26, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- Parking Details: Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

July 2026Very nice house! On a main road but set far back and felt very private. Pool was extremely hot (likely due to the weather we were having), we did not have the heat package. Place was clean. Close to town. Host was responsive. Check in was easy.
Only cons were the inside and outside furniture could have been nicer/more comfortable.

June 2026We absolutely enjoyed our stay in east Hampton. The house is in a great location. 2 minute walk to bagels, coffee & restaurants and 15 mins walk to town. The house is amazing and exactly what you need. The pool is a standout!

May 2026East Hampton location w perfectly updated 3BD was a perfect spot to explore the Hamptons for 3 days! Bike ride to Montauk and the lighthouse, drive to beaches, sag harbor. Pool side lounging, all around perfect spot!

May 2026The house, backyard, pool, and location were all great. We paid to have the pool heated and it was warm enough to use when it was in the 60s. Backyard was beautiful and serene. Beds were comfortable.
Our issues were with the management company which felt impersonal and unhelpful. We were surprised by the additional paperwork including a very long contract and a large security deposit hold.
When we arrived, unemptied trash from the previous group was next to the door they told us to enter at. The trash didn’t fit in the can and multiple bags were next to the entrance. An animal got into it one night and pulled out bbq ribs. I reported this with an image and they said trash is taken out on Wednesdays, but the trash people came on Thursday and didn’t take the ribs because they were out of the bag. There was also an electrical socket in one bedroom that didn’t have a cover.
Overall a beautiful property at a good price but not enough care is taken by management.

I feel so lucky to have found it- pool was perfect even in mid May, location made it easy to walk into town and the beach, hosts were responsive when we struggled with check in, and house was even more spacious than I anticipated from the photos. Perfect for a weekend get away with family and friends!
