What to expect
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on October 26, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- Parking Details: Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

September 2026We loved this home! We had a group of 5 adults and one toddler, and it was the perfect size. Great location to East Hampton and Amagansett, lots of walkable food options, too. The backyard was a highlight - even in bad weather, we really enjoyed the space. The only downside was that we opted to heat the pool for our stay, and it didn't get warm until the day before we left. Otherwise, the home was clean and comfortable with great access and management was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. 10/10 - would definitely choose to stay again.

August 2026The location is unbeatable and the home itself is wonderful. We did run into a few issues during our stay, however, the host was incredibly responsive and took action to resolve the issues as soon as they possibly could. Would 100% book again!

August 2026We had a great stay - the location was ideal for us as we were able to walk to dinner at night and the bakery in the mornings. The pool was as beautiful as it was in the photos. The house was very clean, but I agree with prior reviews that the furniture, mostly the backyard furniture could definitely be nicer. All in all we had a great stay and would come back
