The guests have full access to the house, and the backyard is shared with the guest staying in the one-bedroom apartment at the garden floor of the house.

We live in NYC and we like to check-in and meet and greet our guests and show them the house. We will be very happy to help you with any questions / requests you may have before and during your stay in our house.
We also offer the option of self check-in for those guests that prefer it.

Williamsburg is the epicenter of Brooklyn as a fashionable worldwide brand. The neighborhood may have rents higher than Gramercy and more crowds than Soho, but it’s popular for a reason: The quaint streets are lined with inventive New York restaurants, rooftop bars and eclectic shops, and throngs of people flock to the waterfront for flea markets and giant food bazaars during the summer. We are dog friendly. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please let us know for pre-approval. During your stay, we just ask you not to leave your pet unattended in the house. An extra cleaning fee for the whole stay will be requested.

Our house is a modern / mid-century, newly renovated and designed townhouse perfectly located just a few blocks away from both the L, and J,M,Z trains; and it is also just a stone's throw from all the cool and hip places in Williamsburg.

The parlor level has a big open space with a new fully equipped kitchen, living room and dinning room areas and a half bathroom. From the parlor level there is access to the back yard of the property that the guest staying in the main house share with the guests staying in the one-bedroom apartment at the garden floor of the house. 

The second and third floors of the house have two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms in all the bedrooms. The house offers great amenities including:
