- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge per pet.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 11, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Please note that the property's gate system is currently in inoperational. While access remains available, occasional gate-related issues may occur until repairs are completed.

July 2026I came here with 12 friends. It was really a great house in a great location. The pool is close to the house and great a great feeling of indoor and outdoor living. The bathrooms were spacious and the closets were large. The pool heat was not working the first day and the pool wasn’t cleaned but I let host know and they came the next morning which was nice. It’s a very corporate Airbnb, fully stocked spices, plates, game room.
