- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- This property only allows a 12-month term minimum. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.

July 2025Our family was relocating for 6 mos to Brooklyn and we were seeking a place that would make our family (3 kids under 10) feel right at home. This temporary home thanks to Rove and the owner was truly special and perfect for us making our time easy and magical. The location is unbeatable and the home is a quiet hidden retreat. So kids friendly and the home is immaculate and comfortable with modern style (lots of light, clean lines, and relaxing to be in). Rove and the owner were so responsive and attentive and they offer great concierge services like cleaning services and linen and laundry service. Highly recommend this home and staying with Rove. Would book their properties again in a heartbeat.

October 2023This townhouse is secluded and was initially confusing to find as it’s actually a private guest house behind the main building. However, the private courtyard with wood burning grill was a great space we regularly enjoyed during our stay.
The home is modern and has a lot of energy efficient systems that we appreciated with the design and which never compromised on quality of comfort or effectiveness of some of the home systems like AC or appliances.
This space was great for my family while we were in the city. Highly recommended and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed.

July 202232 Frost was fantastic! Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near tons of great places to eat! The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the home. Rove was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We had a great stay! I will definitely be back!
