For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, the documents must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- One pet under 35 lbs may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional fee. Please message the owner in advance if you plan to bring a pet during your stay.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

November 2023My husband and I had a terrific stay at Mighty Tree's property. The apartment is in a great location right on Central Park, walkable to all of midtown and with great subway access to other parts of the city. The apartment was clean and bright (lots of windows -- including some with park views!) and had all of the amenities we needed for our long-term stay (including a washer / dryer, which is often hard to find in NYC apartments). Having two bathrooms was a nice bonus as well.
Mighty Tree was also super responsive. When we first arrived, we had difficulty getting the TV to work (several remote controls) and the iron was broken, but they sent someone to help with the TV, and we had a new iron within 24 hours. The whole experience could not have been easier. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!
