Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Home Truths:

• Primary renter must be at least 35 years old.
• Pets may be allowed with prior owner approval and additional fees may apply.
• Utility fees are included; excessive usage may incur additional charges.
• One end-of-stay cleaning is included. Weekly cleanings are required for stays over 7 nights at the guest’s expense.
• No additional guests beyond max occupancy permitted.
• Events, parties, commercial use, and rotating guest groups are prohibited without prior written approval.
• Pool is typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day and heated through October 2025. Pool heater operates daily from 8 AM–6 PM.
• Hot tub and sauna are available year-round.
• Outdoor furniture and amenities may be limited during the off-season.
• A separate booking agreement is required prior to reservation confirmation.
• Guest experience and on-site coordination are managed directly by the owner.
• Owner may occasionally schedule daytime property showings with advance notice.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
