The host was excellent and very supportive throughout our stay. The building itself is nice, safe, and well maintained, and the building staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The host always replied quickly, the apartment was very clean, and it had everything we needed, including towels, tissues, soap, and fresh linens. The photos were accurate and truly reflected the apartment. Our child accidentally wrote on the wall and we also forgot to return the keys, and the host was very understanding and kind about it. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the host’s flexibility and attitude.

The apartment was cozy and had lots of amenities, although a bit pricey! The location is superb close to the Hudson River for long walks. Rove was promptly responsive through their Concierge service which I would describe as excellent.

The place is comfortable and true to the photos. The natural lighting of the apartment is exceptional, something we cherish a lot. The area is quiet, but for the ambulances and police, although the windows do a good job at limiting the sirens(it is NYC!). The best feature of all is, undoubtedly, Rove!!! They are very kind and quick to respond to any messages and if something needs to get done, they will respond accordingly. We love Rove and will always look for other Rove properties to stay in. Thank you Rove for a fantastic stay!!! We look forward to staying with you again, specially in this apartment. God speed!
