Pet Policy:

• Pets are allowed at this property for an additional fee. Pets have to be registered with the building.
• This property requires a $250 security deposit for each pet, along with Rove's non-refundable $350 pet fee. The security deposit can be paid at the building's front desk upon check-in, and will be refunded at check-out. A maximum of two pets is allowed per stay.

• Access to the Mercedes Club requires a minimum 3-month membership at $500/month + tax paid directly to the club.
• Proof of lease and an appointment with the Mercedes Club are required to activate membership.

• Important Booking Notice: This property is available for instant booking with the following restrictions:
  - Bookings must start within 7 days of the first available date.
  - No gaps of more than 7 days and less than 30 days are allowed between bookings.
  - Any instant booking that does not comply with these requirements may be subject to cancellation.
• Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Pets have to be registered with the building. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
• Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
