I stayed at this property for a little over 2 months from Jan - March, and I really enjoyed my stay!! Highly recommend! This unit is beautiful, and very, very spacious for NYC standards. The sunset views from the windows of this apartment is phenomenal and worth waiting for. The unit was very clean, and I really enjoyed calling it my home, even for just 2 months. The bathtub in the master bedroom is massive, has a separate shower, and is an underrated aspect of this apartment. I don't know if I'll ever find another NYC apartment with that large of a bathtub. There were a few areas improvements / hiccups during my stay: 1. Accuracy - I deducted 1 star for accuracy as the building amenities was not included, and I would've had to pay over $300 to use the gym and other facilities at the apartment. This was a surprise to me, though ultimately did not make a difference. 2. There were quite a few maintenance items I had to file, like one of the stovetops not working, that someone from Rove should've inspected ahead of time and at least filed a note themselves. 3. I had a difficult time checking into the building - the concierge at the front desk had no clue what rove travel was, and it was not a good experience overall. I had to take the building key and it wasn't until the next day I received the official key. 4. Tools available were not of the highest quality (e.g. Cutting boards were very basic, etc) - at least not one that gave the feel of luxury. Having said that, the Rove Concierge went above and beyond every time in accommodating these needs, sending me things like knives and spatulas when the unit did not have these things upon arrival. Their response was almost always very prompt and I really appreciated their customer-centric attitude.
