Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval.

Home Truths:

• This property has a 12-month minimum term.
• Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application(approx $1,500 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
• We ask that guests be mindful around all furniture and artwork, as these items are of considerable quality and value.
• Please note that guests are not allowed to use the property's mailbox.

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
