Freeman 1201 | Lower East Side | Condo with Shared Amenities

Loved my stay at the Freeman Residences. The space itself was very well appointed, had high end finishes, and the one bedroom was huge for NYC. Perfectly located between Nolita and LES so everything you could possibly need was within walking distance, and located just a few minutes from several subway stations. Nitai was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions I had about the apartment. As for amenities, common areas were always clean and well maintained, but the standout was the roof with outdoor kitchen for guests to use. I would absolutely prioritize staying here again.

This about my 8th stay at Freeman, its a great place in a good spot, everything in the apartments are well serviced and looked after! Rove always make the process easy!

The apartment is great, all brand new. The bathrooms and kitchen are really nice. It's a pity the couch is not comfortable and the bed is against the windows with no side tables, the closet is only for short clothes. It would have been easy to correct these things but I guess not everyone has the same needs or vision with interior design. The building is very nice. Unfortunately when I was there it was still in construction and I was very upset to find out the front door wasn't locking and this took two weeks to fix. But all in all I recommend this apartment especially now that construction must be over.

Had a wonderful stay at Rove Travel in the Lower East Side and would highly recommend it. The property is fantastic, we thought it was well-designed, great amenities, and in a prime LES location with everything you need right at your doorstep. The property managers as well were very attentive and helpful. The apartment sits low to the ground and is close to a nearby club, so weekend nights can get a little noisy. Personally I thought it was completely worth the trade-off for the location and overall experience, but it's good to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. The gym downstairs is really well-equipped, and the rooftop is an absolute highlight, some of the best views of the city I've seen. Would definitely stay again!
