As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

This sun-filled, full-floor residence offers two en-suite bedrooms, a complete workstation, and exclusive access via a keyed elevator. Historic charm meets modern design with oversized double-sash windows, 11’4” ceilings, and wide white oak flooring throughout.

At the center of the home is an open-concept kitchen and living space designed for comfort and entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a 9-ft island, Viking 6-burner cooktop, Miele double wall ovens, and a 24-bottle wine cooler. The adjacent dining area seats eight, and custom lighting and video security add thoughtful functionality. The primary suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and spa-inspired bath with marble chevron flooring and Waterworks fixtures.

Additionally, there is a Peloton bike available for guests, and an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. Located steps from Soho’s renowned dining, shopping, and cultural attractions including The Drawing Center, the Museum of Chinese in America, and the Banksy Museum, this apartment offers the perfect mix of privacy, luxury, and location.
