Greenpoint Place | Greenpoint | Modern Apt with Skyline Views & Pool

Francesco was an amazing host and this place is everything, with a beautiful view and surrounded by plants. He was very attentive and left clear instructions. His building has a lot of common areas, make sure you play pool and use the co-working area and great room during the day, the water views there are so nice. His furniture and decoration are phenomenal, and I enjoyed so much cooking in that kitchen, with those views and very organized with everything I needed. I cooked so much! As a good Argentinean I made good use of the outdoor grills, too!! Sunset there is perfect! The area is beautiful. Thank you!

Best location, great building, and a great host

Alessandro was a great and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The amenities of the building were very good and we used the terrace, outdoor pool, and gym daily. We loved the neighborhood, a lot of great bars & restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. We would definitely stay again, you can’t beat those views!
