- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 14, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- Please follow these pool guidelines to help keep everyone safe: no diving is permitted, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass is not allowed in or around the pool area, and the pool cover should be fully removed before entering the water. For safety, please avoid swimming while under the influence.
- For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed around the property, including a smart doorbell at the front entrance, as well as coverage of the front door, backyard, and both sides of the home.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

July 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Greenway Haven! Ana, our host was very friendly and very responsive. Every time we had a question or a request she tried her best to always accommodate us. The house was so beautiful(the pictures don't do it justice) and so clean! It's very spacious too.
The backyard has a beautiful barbecue set, a hanging out area , a fire pit and a big pool which is heated at a perfect temperature always! It was so peaceful to spend the week with family there. There is a huge playground down the street that my toddler really enjoyed.
There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. There are beaches close by although we didn't feel the need to go as we found everything that we needed and wanted at this gorgeous house.
We will definitely keep this house on pro favorite list! Thank you Ana for making our stay unforgettable :)

August 2025We had an absolutely incredible stay at Ana's place in Hampton Bays! From the moment we booked, Ana was an exceptional host—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had.
The house itself was perfect for our two families. It's spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with each bedroom having its own bathroom—such a bonus! The open-plan layout on the ground floor made it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.
The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and private. The pool and yard were the highlight for both the kids and adults; we spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space.
This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we're already planning our return. Thank you, Ana, for making our trip so seamless and memorable!

August 2025Ana's home was beautiful, spacious, and in close proximity to beaches and and the town. She was very friendly and proactive in her communication and it was very easy to reach her when needed. I would absolutely recommend her home, and we hope to stay again with her in the future.
