The West Village is a destination for shopping, nightlife, and daytime strolls along winding streets. With colonial brownstones, towering trees, and stylish residents, the West Village can sometimes feel like a real-life New York City movie set.

Situated across from the Jefferson Market Garden on Patchin Place, a gated and tree-lined street dotted by historic row-houses built to house the Basque staff of a Washington Square hotel in the late 1800s, this unique address would later become home to artists, actors, poets, therapists, and writers.

Our charming apartment is a place to relax, think, and create while staying in the heart of the West Village.

In terms of storage during your visit, the apartment also includes a closet in the foyer hallway with closet organisers, a walk-in closet with closet organisers (including drawers) in the bedroom, and a pair of nightstands with drawers in the bedroom as well.

The design captures the charm of London in the 1970s and a splash of modern Australian furnishings & Danish decor set between the charming and tree-lined West Village and Greenwich Village neighbourhoods. The apartment’s soft linen curtains, pale peach bedroom and creamy white living room give calming vibes, while pops of chocolate, ochre, and sage add a playful touch. And, the well-edited finishes and curated goods in our apartment are sourced from female-founded businesses like Ellison Studios, Parachute, Backdrop, Ferm Living, and more.

Our Biggy 1-Bedroom Apartment on a tree-lined gated mews has a size of over 850sf and is thoughtfully curated, beautifully designed, & well-stocked w/ local goods for stays over 30 days. Look forward to a modern apartment, just three flights up, fully equipped with a spacious kitchen with a dinning table, a living space with a velvet sofa, a mohair arm chair & a vintage bar cart, smart TV, a spacious bedroom w/ a comfy king bed, desk area & spacious walk-in closet, & high-speed Wifi.
