- Hamlet NO. 209 is a private home in a peaceful residential setting, and we ask that guests enjoy the property with care and respect for our neighbors.
- NO PARTIES WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE HOST. EVER.
- The Hudson Valley is beautifully seasonal, so you may encounter everything that comes with country living, from wildlife and changing weather to the occasional woodland visitor.
- The hot tub is available year round as are the outdoor spaces. Families with young children should note that children must be supervised at all times around the hot tub and throughout the property.
- Bedroom number 2 has two single XL beds but it can be transformed into a king size bed upon request. Please just let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange for it to be done prior to your arrival.
- We’ve created a curated Hamlet NO. 209 guide with our favorite restaurants, farms, shops and local experiences to help you make the most of your stay. You can find this guide in the manual on the kitchen counter upon check-in.

Wow. We couldn’t have had a better stay at the Gotham House. Starting with the property: it’s exactly what we needed. Four spacious bedrooms, elegantly decorated, and unbelievable views from the expansive rooftop. Oh, and there is an in-house sauna. The location was also ideal – walking distance to the Theater District and Hudson Yards, and the West Side Highway is incredibly accessible, so it couldn’t have been easier to get downtown. Finally, the Rove Concierge team was remarkably helpful. They were responsive to all our questions leading up to our visit, and we’re a joy to work with throughout our extended stay whenever we needed assistance. Can’t recommend highly enough!
