- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 28, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

August 2026Everything about our stay was great and seamless from start to finish. The house is beautiful, very new, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for enjoying East Hampton, and the pool was a huge highlight. Everything was well maintained and made for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again!

July 2026Fantastic property, location and host - our group of friends and family had an absolute wonderful stay. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy, the house was very clean and accommodating for our group, and very pet friendly - the pool and poolhouse was the perfect setting for a leisurely pool day, watching World Cup from the pool, and having a BBQ - and the location couldn’t have been better for a long weekend getaway. Our group had the best time, 11/10 recommend!
